About the break
Treat yourself to a winter weekend getaway with your other half or fun with friends in Chester and Liverpool. On the Saturday you will have free time to take in the picturesque Tudor buildings of Chester, explore the museums and parks, or shop & eat in the Chester Rows. On the Sunday you won’t be short of things to do as we visit the city of Liverpool, packed with history, culture and the “Liverpool One” shopping centre. Staying at the 4 star Mercure Haydock hotel, just outside Liverpool, this hotel is surrounded by its own landscaped grounds – perfect to unwind! All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, direct dial telephone, TV, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities. There is no lift.
