About the trip
We will first head down to the market town of Kendal with a comfort stop at the Gretna Smiddy en route. Browse Kendal’s many independent shops or popular high street brands or pop in for a quick bite in one of their eateries. After approximately 2 hours in Kendal we will then head to one of the Lake District’s most popular visitor destination, Grasmere, where popular poet William Wordsworth lived, for approx 1 hour 45 minutes before heading home.
